When it is time to build or revamp your property, it's important to have the right records. Now you can find all land development and septic records held by the Health District online!


Tips for viewing:

Septic permits were not required before 1971. Information may not be available for older systems.

Septic Records on this site cover Blaine, Camas, Cassia, Jerome, Gooding, Lincoln, Minidoka, and Twin Falls Counties.

Browsing by county and then city/town produces best results for named streets.

Search results for grid addresses are best when searching by street address first and then house address.

For example, a Twin Falls County address of 1111 E 2222 N would be found by selecting Twin Falls County, then scrolling down to the NORTH file, clicking to open that file, and selecting 2222 N. From there, scroll down until you find 1111 E.
