South Central Public Health District offers a variety of Tobacco Cessation programs that can help you quit smoking, vaping, chewing, juuling, etc. The programs are all five sessions, FREE, and are offered in groups or one-on-one. Our Adult Smoking Cessation Program is designed to help smokers gain control over their behavior. The clinic format encourages participants to work on the process and problems of quitting, setting quit dates, managing stress, medications, rewards, diet and exercise while quitting.
Tobacco Cessation classes are held one night a week for five week sessions. To find out specific dates and times, call 737-5968, email the Coordinator, or check out the class calendar.
Idaho Prenatal Smoking Cessation program is for pregnant women enrolled in the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program . This program is designed to provide tobacco cessation services to women throughout their pregnancies during their WIC appointments. Women who are not enrolled in the WIC program can call (208) 737-5968 for more information.
